Wash Day | No Fluff Nor Frills + Twist and Pin Updo

In the midst of taking care of a child with bronchitis, I kept this wash day straight to the point, covering all my basic hair needs. It went down like this:

Pre-Poo: Trader Joe's Tea Tree Tingle, 1.5 hours under Hot Head Cap
Shampoo: SM's Curl & Shine Shampoo, diluted in applicator bottle

first time using this product
had great lather and smell
hair did not feel stripped

Condition: AO's Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner, detangled hair similar to {this method}

did not have as much slip as I would have liked
did not care for the smell that much: a mix of flowery + perfumy

Rinse: Aloe Vera Juice

applied to each section after rinsing away conditioner
immediately followed up with extra virgin olive oil to seal in moisture, rinsed

Moisturize: SM Jamaican Black Castor Oil Leave-in Conditioner

applied after t-shirt drying hair, section by section
I really like the lightness of this leave-in

I plan to keep my hair in this twist and pin updo until this weekend. So far, it has been holding up pretty well, with and without my beanie hat. Each night, I make sure to keep my bangs really moisturized with my simplified homemade spritz.
